By now I've reached a certain level of routine framing, ordering prints and getting excited, but I still feel a thrill of anticipation for tomorrow's exhibition in my 2nd favourite German city, Hamburg.

Today I am half way through my pregnancy, expanding like yeast dough and looking forward to everything to come.

I feel ashamed I am not taking many "real photos" right now, but with the challenges all these life changes are bringing along, a ton of work to do and the damn good quality of the photos my iPhone takes, I just refuse to carry my heavy camera around all the time. It's just the way it is. And life is good.

The other day I remembered something I wrote in January, saying that >>2011 was so amazing<<, it would be very hard to beat (and I could actually not imagine 2012 might become anywhere even close as great). When I wrote that, there was already a peanut in my belly, but I had no idea.

We're damn far from actually living here, but we shook hands with the owner lately and will move into this lovely spot full of sun sometime this summer. Can't wait. Why not be lucky sometime?

Thanks a million to all the people who came tonight to meet and greet at my little exhibition at JungArt Artist's Night at Kitty Cheng. I loved seeing many new and old faces and apologize to anyone I might have not recognized at first sight.

For everyone who missed the chance to see my work exhibited, there will be another exhibition in two weeks - and I'm proud to announce this - in Hamburg!
